Marta Flek is a graduate of Master’s studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Wrocław, majoring in Law. In the years 2006 – 2010, a participant in doctoral studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia. She completed her research practice at the Department of Administrative Law.
A member of the Bar Association in Katowice, where she completed a 3.5-year barrister apprenticeship with a positive result in the bar exam and entry on the list of attorneys in 2010.
Author of scientific publications in the field of administrative law, speaker at doctoral workshops. She also lectured for foster families at the Foster Care and Family Support Center in Gliwice and for nurses as part of the project for the Vital-Med company based in Przeworsk. Together with attorney Ludmiła Gryga-Lewandowska, she provided comprehensive legal services to the Municipal Office in Gliwice. She provided legal counseling for the Center for Mission and Evangelization of the Evangelical-Augsburg Church, Pyskowice commune and for the disabled for the FAON association.
