A sociologist with 29 years of experience; including the implementation and coordination of over 1,000 quantitative and qualitative research – including in the field of local communities, enterprises and institutions, the labor market, social integration, human resources management, employee and local participation.
Specializes in the implementation of qualitative research (IDI and FGI interviews); including the preparation of interview transcripts and preparation of research reports.
In addition, his research activities include:
• construction of research samples for quantitative and qualitative research,
• supervision and coordination of the implementation of quantitative research,
• developing questionnaires for surveys and interviews, interview scenarios for in-depth individual interviews (IDI) and focus group FGI interviews,
• implementation of pilot interviews,
• supervision and coordination of statistical calculations (Exel, SPSS), collection control.
He participated as a contractor in such research projects as:
• The role of social employment in the fight against social exclusion,
• Evolution of the Civic Budget in Poland – towards a deliberation or a plebiscite,
• Underemployment: economic and social consequences of the phenomenon,
• Adaptability through the development of local and regional instruments of social dialogue,
• Teleworking as a modern, flexible form of employment,
• Problems of reconciling work and family life by carers of young children.
• Action by the prosecutor in non-pecuniary matters in the field of family law.
